Villa Description
Villa Urla is a 4-bedroom holiday rental villa with a large private pool, sleeping up to 7 people, located in the Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz. Enjoy delightful moments in our spacious garden and pool area. Our villa is 6 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach and 2.50 km from the center of Hisarönü, home to entertainment venues, shopping, and restaurants. Located 11 km from the center of Fethiye, you can enjoy a peaceful and safe holiday.
Note: A cleaning fee of £80 is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
House Interior Features
Living Room: Features a living room with an open kitchen, a seating area, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with kitchenware for 7 or more people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a tea maker, and a coffee maker.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand, and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and nightstand.
Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand, and terrace.
Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe.
Other: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Damage Deposit: A £100 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no missing items, broken items, or spills.
Note: All our villas, nestled in the natural surroundings, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is a possibility of pests in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There's always a 10% margin of error for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
