Villa Volkans is a conservative 2-bedroom villa with a capacity of 4 people, located in Seydikemer, Fethiye. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, make-up table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

There is a barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, sun terrace, dining table and veranda.
