Villa Description

Villa Waterfall 1 is our villa with a private pool in a quiet environment with a magnificent sea view, located in Faralya, Ölüdeniz. It has a single bedroom in the honeymoon concept and can accommodate 2 people. Our villa with a fascinating sea view has a sun terrace, a spacious swimming pool and a terrace with a jacuzzi. It is an ideal villa for honeymoon couples and our guests who want a secluded, quiet villa holiday.

Note: The pictures of the villas are similar. Since it consists of 3 villas, it is suitable for couples and families who want to rent a villa next to each other.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 20 £ is required.

Note: Pets are accepted for an extra fee of 20 £.

Note: Breakfast and dinner are available in our villa for a certain fee until November 20.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a living room with an open kitchen, one L armchair, air conditioning and television.

Kitchen:There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 2 people or more, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, microwave oven, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and terrace.

Others: There is also a kettle and a hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
