Villa Yalın is a family villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a capacity of 6 people with a private pool located in Hisarönü, Fethiye. It is 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km from Fethiye center. It is our rental villa with a private pool where you can have a comfortable family holiday and relax in a quiet environment and relieve all your tiredness. It offers you an unforgettable holiday with its well-maintained large garden and large clean pool. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden.
Note: A cleaning fee of £100 is requested for accommodations under 5 nights.
Interior features of the house
Ground floor
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV and satellite receiver.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, kitchenware enough for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, teapot and kettle.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1:Double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand and balcony.
Bedroom 3:Double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.
Damage deposit:A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of appreciation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
