Villa Yaprak Duo

Villa Yaprak Duo is our large family villa with 4 bedrooms and a private pool for 7 people, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. The pool of the villa belongs only to the guests staying in the villa. Our villa is 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 2 km from Hisarönü center, where entertainment centers, shopping stores and amusement parks are located, and 7 km from Fethiye centre.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 7 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 7 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

4. Bedroom:There is a single bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

There is a barbecue area, tables and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, sun terrace, and private car parking area.
