Villa Description
Villa Yaren is a two-bedroom villa located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, sleeping up to four people. Our villa has been meticulously designed for our guests, and nothing is missing.
Note: A £50 cleaning fee is charged for reservations under 7 nights.
House Interior Features
Living Room: A beautifully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for four, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, and access to the pool and garden area.
Kitchen: An open kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, and kitchenware sufficient for four or more people.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A double bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and access to the pool and garden area.
Bedroom 2: A single bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and access to the pool and garden area.
Bedroom 3: A single bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and access to the pool and garden area.
Others: The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Damage Deposit: A £100 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out, provided there are no missing items, broken items, or damage.
Note: All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests being present. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy in our villas with private pools. A 10% privacy policy is always in place for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
