Villa Description

Villa Yıldıray 3 is a spacious family villa with 5 bedrooms, a private pool, and a private garden, located in the Ovacık district of Fethiye. It is 2 km from Hisarönü town center and 5 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. The villa features an alarm system and fire extinguishers. Ideal for large families, this villa is fully equipped for guests, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your family and loved ones.

Note: For stays of less than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of £100 will be charged.

House Interior Features

Living Room: A beautifully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern sofas, an 8-person dining table, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, a DVD player, and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen is equipped with enough kitchenware for 10 or more guests, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a tea kettle, and a kettle.

Damage deposit:A £200 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no missing items, damages, or broken items.

Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. However, pests and other pests may still be present in the surrounding area. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with secluded pools. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas.
