Villa Description

Villa Zeytin is a 5 bedroom, 10 person capacity villa with a private pool, suitable for large families, located in the Ovacık Region of Fethiye Ölüdeniz. Each room of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. Since our villa is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, a peaceful holiday awaits you. Our villa has all kinds of tools and equipment ready for use for our guests.

Note: For stays of 6 nights or less, a cleaning fee of 50 £ is required.

Entrance floor

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 10 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 10 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot and kettle.

WC: It is in the living room. It contains a WC and a sink.

Balcony: It is a balcony with pool and city views. There are enough tables and chairs for 10 people.

Pool Floor

Living room: There is a seating group, air conditioning, cinema system, and an exit door to the pool area.

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Laundry room: There is an independent room with a washing machine.

First Floor

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Penthouse

5th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Terrace: It is a terrace with city and sea views.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

External features

There is a barbecue area, hammock, table and chairs for 10 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, sun terrace and private car parking area.
