Villa Zinet is a spacious 6-bedroom family villa with a private pool, accommodating 12 guests, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. Specially designed for our guests, the villa includes all kitchen appliances and amenities. Enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable time in your private pool with your family. Our villa is 5 km from Ölüdeniz Beach, 2.5 km from Hisarönü, home to entertainment venues, shopping malls, and an amusement park, and 7 km from Fethiye city center.
Note: A £100 cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Living Room: A beautifully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, an LED TV, a satellite receiver, a DVD player, and air conditioning.
Kitchen:An open-plan kitchen with kitchenware for 12 or more people, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, and kettle are available.

Damage deposit: A £150 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out if the villa is free of any damage, damage, or missing items.
Note: All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests being present. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy in our villas with private pools. A 10% privacy margin is always applied to these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
